The USAPA is pleased to announce TWO Ambassador Retreats for 2019!

The first is the East Coast Retreat in February at the Club Med Sandpiper in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and the second is the West Coast Retreat in August at the Granlibakken Resort in Tahoe City, California.

The seminars and activities will be very similar for both events, and to give every Ambassador a chance to attend, we ask that Ambassadors choose and register for only one.

Keep in mind that there is a 3-night USAPA University before each retreat!

Each USAPA University is a 4 day/3 night pickleball extravaganza available for up to 48 people. There is an 8:1 student to instructor ratio for the clinics, providing each of the participants with the ultimate in hands-on coaching from top ranked instructors, as well as a full array of amenities including on-court and off-court activities.

ABOUT CLUB MED SANDPIPER

On the east coast of Florida, north of West Palm Beach, Club Med is the only deluxe all-inclusive resort & tennis academy in the U.S. If you haven’t experienced Club Med, you are in for a real treat, French style! Enjoy an exclusive ‘Ambassador Section’ in the Marketplace Restaurant, outstanding nightly entertainment, 2 bars, 3 pools, and a beautiful lake. In addition to the pickleball courts, Club Med offers hard & clay tennis courts, trapeze school, 8 sand volleyball courts, fitness classes, sailing, paddle boarding, basketball, soccer, table tennis & bocce ball. There are 20 golf courses in the St. Lucie area. It is a short drive to Jensen Beach and to many major shopping centers. The closest airport is West Palm Beach, with farther access to Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando airports.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS

Each hotel room sleeps one to two people with options for a king, queen or two double beds. They also offer a lounge area, over-sized walk-in closet & furnished terrace or balcony. Each room has a flat screen television, coffee machine, ironing board, hair dryer & safe. The rooms are in three story buildings with elevators.

**We have only 10 single occupancy rooms.

Once the single rooms are gone, guests must attend with a roommate. We’ll do our best to help, but cannot guarantee that we will find a roommate for you.

Your All-Inclusive Payment includes an annual membership for Club Med as well as travel insurance. The membership begins the date the group contract was signed, June 29th, 2018. The insurance covers trip cancellation/trip interruption, lost or damaged baggage, medical expense, accidental death and dismemberment, and travel emergency assistance.

Initial Deposit $400 Per Person. ($100 Per Person Non-refundable)

Reservations will be accepted in the order received.

Once we accept your registration, you will be notified within one week and sent a link to submit the deposit.

Final payment is due on September 28, 2018.

Cancellation Fees:

Before 10/30/18 = $100

10/31/18 to 11/29/18 = 25% of room cost 

11/30/18 to 12/14/18 = 50% of room cost 

On or after 12/15/18 = 100% of room cost
