Club Med Sandpiper in Port St. Lucie, Florida

January 18-23, 2020!

The 2020 Retreat will once again be in Port St. Lucie, Florida at the amazing Club Med. The food is sensational, the atmosphere energized, exciting pickleball action is on the courts, and illuminating information will be shared.
The schedule includes informational seminars, pickleball play and court activities, social events, and discussions of how local Ambassadors can access  tools for success in their communities.

ABOUT CLUB MED SANDPIPER

On the east coast of Florida, north of West Palm Beach, Club Med is the only deluxe all-inclusive resort & tennis academy in the U.S. If you haven’t experienced Club Med, you are in for a real treat, French style! Enjoy an exclusive ‘Ambassador Section’ in the Marketplace Restaurant, outstanding nightly entertainment, 2 bars, 3 pools, and a beautiful lake. In addition to the pickleball courts, Club Med offers hard & clay tennis courts, trapeze school, 8 sand volleyball courts, fitness classes, sailing, paddle boarding, basketball, soccer, table tennis & bocce ball. There are 20 golf courses in the St. Lucie area. It is a short drive to Jensen Beach and to many major shopping centers. The closest airport is West Palm Beach, with farther access to Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando airports.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS

Each hotel room sleeps one to two people with options for a king, queen or two double beds. They also offer a lounge area, over-sized walk-in closet & furnished terrace or balcony. Each room has a flat screen television, coffee machine, ironing board, hair dryer & safe. The rooms are in three story buildings with elevators.

Your All-Inclusive Payment includes an annual membership for Club Med, which includes travel insurance. The membership begins the date the group contract was signed, April 8th, 2019. The insurance covers trip cancellation/trip interruption, lost or damaged baggage, medical expense, accidental death and dismemberment, and travel emergency assistance.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Initial Deposit $400 Per Person. (see cancellation fee schedule below)

Reservations will be accepted in the order received.

Once we accept your registration, you will be notified within 1-2 weeks and sent a link to submit the deposit.

Cancellation Fee Schedule:

Cancellations on or before 10/20/19 = $100 PP non-refundable.

Cancellations from 10/21/19 to 12/4/19 = $400 PP non-refundable.

Cancellations on or after 12/4/19 = $740 PP non-refundable.

 

Final payment is due by November 11, 2019
