This resort offers discounts to HWSG participants. Just show your HWSG registration. Located in the heart of Color Country in southern Utah, St. George RV Resort sits on the site of an old ghost town 10 miles north of St. George. Just off I-15 on the banks of Quail Lake. Elevation: 2,800 ft. Approval has been given by the owners of this RV park to build a new Pickleball Court. It should be ready for the 2012 HWSG. The Senior Center belongs to Washington County, Utah and works off donations. A suggested $2.00 donation for Pickleball will get you playing. Great lighting. Lunch is available for a mere @2.50. The golf course is currently under major renovations by PGA Utah Pro Jimmy Blair. All traps are being redone with new sand and drainage. The couse will have new tee boxes added for Seniors and long hitters. The course is very Sr. friendly. The restaurant has been bought by award winning Chef Imi Kun. There are new and resale homes for sale. Ann Rosa was President of the Dixie Newcomers, which is an organization that is a great way to meet people in the St. George area.
