Pass the entrance, turn left at Washington & again left at 37th, the courts are in the Southwest corner of the park. Two existing tennis courts lined October 2010 for multi-use (resurfaced Summer 2012)... for Pickleball. Best parking is on 37th street, on the west edge of Witmer park. No lights so just daytime use.
