Job Description Summary:
To aid in this explosive growth, USAPA seeks to hire a qualified, full-time employee to develop, launch and manage USAPA’s National League program. Management includes the establishment and support of local and regional league play, hiring and management of area league coordinators, and establishment of a national USAPA league championship. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: managing relationships with associated software vendors, developing relationships with local clubs and establishing an affiliate club program. Other duties include management and oversight of USAPA’s league and ladder program, development of a written code of conduct manual for recreational play, coordination with the Grants Chair to aid in growth and use of the USAPA Grant program, and other program-related duties and projects.
Qualified candidate must be highly self-motivated to keep pace with the demanding work load that is a direct result of the rapid growth and change in the sport.
